Came here for a girls long weekend with 4 girls and we had plenty of space to hang out and cook and enjoy one another. This house was very clean and the AC system was at a perfect temperature. The house had beach chairs which made taking a short walk to a relatively quiet section of the beach, so enjoyable. We are close to shops and restaurants and an awesome bagel spot. Getting around was super easy since uber was easy to access and a quick and cheap ride to some of the restaurants we wanted to go to. We really loved our stay here and Mark was always a text / call away, although we did not need him for much as the house was nicely equipped with everything. I want to come back here with my family of 5 and I know it will not disappoint.

Location was great. Far enough from the crowds but close enough to restaurants, shops and activities. The home was clean and a perfect size for our group of 7. Communication was top notch.

We absolutely loved this condo! You can see the ocean from the balcony, it’s walking distance from mini golf, stores, ice cream shops etc. So comfortable and clean! We went with our three teenagers and it was perfect for us, but I feel it would be great for little ones as well! Plan on booking again for next summer.

We had a great stay at Mark's place. The condo is in close proximity to the beach (a 5-minute walk), shopping centers, and restaurants. It is also very spacious and well kept. We had a minor inconvenience when we arrived but Mark was very reasonable and accommodating. We would most definitely stay again.

Mr. Mark was a great host. If I sent him a message there was always a quick response. Every year we have a ladles trip to somewhere new, this year was Ocean City. Mr. Mike's place was the perfect size and location. His place was a home away from home. The rooms were clean and nice size. It was nice to have two bathrooms a washer and dryer. The kitchen space was nice and I like that it was an open space where I could see everyone while cooking. The dining area had enough seating for everyone. The livingroom was awesome! It had games that I had not played or seen in years which was a plus and enough seating for everyone. It was the perfect place for us to have our girl talk, relax and look at a movie. The location was also great everything was in walking distance to everything. The beach was a 5 minute or less walk, there were stores, restaurants and fast food, miniature golf, etc. all near on the same street. When I say it was a lovely place in the perfect location it was. I would love to visit again but next time with my family.

Great place and great location steps from the beach. Unit was supplied with everything we needed. Mark stayed in touch and check-in went without an issue. The bathrooms and the bed comforters could use a little TLC and maybe a deep clean, but everything else was clean and prepared nicely for our arrival. Overall great stay and we would definitely select this place again.
