Great location that is pet friendly. Mark is great with communication. Master bedroom bed is super comfy. Very clean. It does get hot in the master bedroom with the door closed. Has a ceiling fan, a box fan and an oscillating fan in there If needed. We were okay if we left the door open for circulation. Cute screened in porch and picnic table area. Unfortunately, it was quite cold and rainy when we were down so we didn’t have the opportunity to use them.

Marks place was just the right fit for my dog, my mom and daughter & her teammate! Plenty of space and a great location. Mark had everything that we needed available for a comfortable stay for a volleyball tournament weekend. Great communication too, thank you!

We had a great experience! The community was perfect for our family. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the beach. Close proximity to stores and restaurants, too. Mark was very quick to respond with assistance and recommendations.

Mark was absolutely amazing! He was easily accessible and very helpful an nice. Check in was easy and convenient. We didn't have to go to a different location to pick up keys first. The location was perfect, especially with our dogs. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly. We had 2 rainy days so luckily we were able to stay another night at a great rate. New flooring was put in which looked wonderful. It gave the home an updated look and is perfect for pets. The house had sooo many amenities (coffee, condiments, shampoo, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool, mini golf etc). I'd go back here again! This was our favorite place.

We had an awesome stay at this lovely Beach house :) it was clean and tidy. And exceeded most of our expectations. Small touches made it feel cozy and it seems like it was recently renovated:) kitchen is equipped with everything possible and in general the house had all you need from 3 different kinds of fly catchers to beach chairs umbrellas and even dog shampoo! Walking distance from a gorgeous beach too. Highly recommend:)
